We fully understand that there will be times while your vehicle is being repaired at the crash shop it may take some time to get back on the road. We can offer you with a wide range of vehicles to meet your needs while you are without your own. We provide very competitive rates and if ‘Car Hire’ is included within your insurance policy, we will invoice your insurance provider direct, leaving you hassle-free with nothing to pay. The insurance company will pay for car hire up to 14 days.

As part of our service, we can also deliver the vehicle to your crash shop, home or business address free of charge.

Vehicle Delivery Conditions to Crash Shop:

  • Vehicle delivery must be within a 10km radius from the Adelaide CBD.
  • Vehicles and particular group types are subject to availability.
  • Reservations can only be accepted by group type, not specific.
  • make or model.
  • Car groups are subject to change without notification.
  • Minimum age for renters is 21 yrs with a current full license.
  • Kilometer Allowance is 300km per day.
  • Excess Kilometer Charges $0.25 per kilometer (GST ex).
  • Vehicles are near new and no older than 18 months.

Customers with car hire included on their insurance policy

When making your vehicle reservation you will need to quote your insurance claim number which will need to be verified prior to receiving vehicle.

Obtaining Approval for Car Hire through Insurance Policy

If you have free car hire included on your insurance policy then the following process must be done by customer or crash shop:

  1. Ring Access.
  2. Provide claim number.
  3. Access will ring insurer to verify customer currently has car hire included on their policy.
  4. Access will ring customer back and approve car hire.
  5. Access will prepare reservation of car hire and email to customer.
  6. Vehicle will be delivered to crash shop or specified address on the day specified by customer.

Obtaining Quotation for Car Hire

If you do not have car hire included on your insurance policy then the following process must be done by customer or crash shop:

  1. Ring Access.
  2. Provide vehicle details and period of hire.
  3. Access will provide customer with quotation.
  4. Customer accepts quotation.
  5. Access will prepare reservation of car hire and email to customer.
  6. Vehicle will be delivered to crash shop or specified address on the day specified by customer.

Prior to receiving hire car the following is required by customer:

  • Current Drivers Licence.
  • Rental Agreement to be signed.
  • Payment options Credit Card, Visa/Master Debit Card and Eftpos.
